华东地区社区体育与养老服务协同发展水平评价研究

Evaluation study on the level of synergistic development of community sports and elderly services in East China

为探讨社区体育与养老服务协同发展发展态势,以我国华东地区7个省市为例,运用哈肯模型对2013-2019年社区体育与养老服务发展水平及二者协同程度进行测度,并评价分析了各省市社区体育与养老服务协同发展水平。研究发现:(1)养老服务在复合系统演变过程中起主导作用;(2)华东地区社区体育对养老服务的发展并没有起到充分的支持作用,而且对其发展具有相对程度的抑制影响,养老服务也阻碍了社区体育的发展;(3)我国华东地区社区体育与养老服务协同水平整体呈上升趋势,但各省份间发展不平衡,呈“中间高,两边低”的特点。

In order to explore the development trend of the synergistic development of community sports and elderly services,seven provinces and cities in East China were used to measure the development level of community sports and elderly services and the degree of synergy between them from 2013 to 2019 using the Harken model,and the level of synergistic development of community sports and elderly services in each province and city was evaluated and analyzed.It was found that(1)elderly services play a dominant role in the evolution of the composite system;(2)community sports in East China do not play an adequate supporting role for the development of elderly services,and have a relative degree of inhibiting influence on their development,and elderly services also hinder the development of community sports;(3)The overall level of synergy between community sports and elderly services in East China is on the rise,but the development is uneven among provinces,with the characteristic of"high in the middle and low on both sides".
