摘要
针对碳纤维设备舱,采用ABAQUS进行有限元建模,依据IEC 61373-2010《铁道车辆设备冲击和振动试验标准》利用FESAFE进行随机振动分析,结合Dirlik函数和Miner线性疲劳累积损伤准则进行了随机振动疲劳分析,计算了该碳纤维设备舱在三个方向随机激励下的损伤因子D,结果表明该碳纤维设备舱在IEC 61373-2010标准规定的加速度谱密度下疲劳损伤远小于1,具有足够的安全裕度。
For the carbon fiber equipment cabin,ABAQUS is used for finite element modeling.According to IEC 61373-2010'Railway Vehicle Equipment Impact and Vibration Test Standard',FESAFE is used for random vibration analysis.Combined with Dirlik function and Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage criterion,random vibration fatigue analysis is carried out.The damage factor D of the carbon fiber equipment cabin under random excitation in three directions is calculated.The results show that the fatigue damage of the carbon fiber equipment cabin under the acceleration spectral density specified in IEC 61373-2010 standard is far less than 1 and the carbon fiber equipment cabin has sufficient safety margin.
