摘要
GB/T 5599-2019《机车车辆动力学性能评定及试验鉴定规范》于2019年12月10日发布,2020年7月1日起实施。该标准规定了一整套涵盖机车、动车组、客车、货车的动力学性能试验方法,与原有标准相比GB/T 5599-2019增加了对机车车辆运行品质和横向稳定性的考核,并在数据处理中引入了数据统计处理方法。文章针对铁路货车线路动力学性能试验,从试验线路、试验车辆、试验方法、评价指标等角度对比分析GB/T 5599-1985和GB/T 5599-2019的主要差别,并对GB/T 5599-2019中的改进做出解释,对GB/T 5599-2019的不足之处进行思考和探讨。
GB/T 5599-2019《The Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock》was issued on December 10,2019 and implemented on July 1,2020.This standard stipulates a set of dynamic performance test methods covering locomotives,EMU,passenger car and railway wagons.Compared with the old version,this version brings in the assessment of ride quality,lateral stability and data statistical processing methods in data processing.Aiming at the dynamic performance test of railway freight car in field test,the main differences between GB/T 5599-1985and GB/T 5599-2019 are compared and analyzed from the perspectives of test line,test vehicle,test method and evaluation index.The improvement in GB/T 5599-2019 is explained,and the shortcomings of GB/T 5599-2019 are considered and discussed.
