福建省“二元制”人才培养是通过提升企业员工职业能力,培养适应企业产业转型升级需要的技术技能人才。随着国家“双高”建设推进职业教育改革、深化校企合作,本文以学院机电一体化技术专业“二元制”班为例,结合人才培养过程所遇到问题进行剖析,探讨机电“二元制”人才培养模式创新,满足区域企业发展的人才需求。
