摘要
某火电厂于2019年建设了储能设备用于调频,但设备投入后调频收益一直不理想,收益不到相同容量机组的1/2,公司成立课题组利用六西格玛质量管理工具统计与分析了数据,找到了改善方法,获得了很好的效果,直至2022年通过竞价上网最高电价每度电超过1元。本文从多个方面论证了最有效的实施方案。
A thermal power plant will build energy storage equipment for frequency modulation in 2019,but the frequency modulation revenue has not been ideal after the equipment was put into use,and the revenue is Less than half of the units with the same capacity,the company set up a research group to conduct statistical analysis of the data using the Six Sigma quality management tool,found improvement methods,and achieved good results.By 2022,the highest electricity price for grid connection through bidding will exceed one yuan per kilowatt hour.This paper demonstrates the most effective implementation plan from multiple aspects.
