摘要
针对传统综采工作面两顺槽超前支护形式,本文设计了一种步进自滑移式液压支架,可替代传统超前支护形式。该设计采用A、B框架交错式结构,两架相互推拉,实现自移行走,起到有效支护的作用,以确保工作面设备的安全稳定运行。
Aimed at the traditional advance support form of two gateways in fully mechanized coal mining face,this paper designed a stepping self sliding hydraulic support,which can replace the traditional advance support form.The design adopts the staggered structure of A and B frames.The two frames push and pull each other to realize self moving and walking,so as to play the role of effective support and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment in the working face.
