矿井带式输送机电气系统的变频控制改造

摘要 老旧带式输送机能耗高,人员维护成本高,材料损耗程度高等“三高”问题十分突出,在尽可能减少生产影响及节约资金的前提下,亟需实施设备电气系统的变频控制改造。本文首先分析了带式送机当前的运行现状及能耗状况,再基于实际的改造需求设计了电气系统变频控制总体改造方案,然后搭建硬件结构,研发设计软件,成功开展了节能改造及试验,节能效果十分显著,达到了预期目的。 The “three high”problems of the old belt conveyor are high energy consumption,high personnel maintenance cost and high material loss.Under the premise of reducing production impact and saving funds as much as possible,it is urgent to implement frequency conversion control transformation of the equipment electrical system.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current operating status and energy consumption of belt conveyor,and then designs the overall transformation scheme of electrical system frequency conversion control based on the actual transformation requirements.Then,the hardware structure is built,the software is researched and designed,and the energy-saving transformation and experiment are successfully carried out.The energy-saving effect is very significant,and the expected purpose is achieved.
