传感器在港口电机设备的应用

摘要 港口部分区域电机设备长期处于无人值守状态,导致其工作状态异常。本文提出了一种应用无线传感器网络原理的港口电机监控系统,通过综合运用自动化、信息化手段,提高了港口电气设备的管理效率。这套电机监控系统能自动监测和报警电机设备的温度等信号,并接入港口终端设备的集成接口,实现了对电机设备智能化的检测和对电机工作状态的自动监测。通过物联网检测分散在港口各区域的电机,现场使用情况表明,这套传感器系统满足了港口电气设备管理的实际需求,具有易于安装、管理方便、低功耗、维护简单等特点。 The motor equipment in some areas of the port has been in unattended devices for a long time,resulting in abnormal working conditions.This paper proposes a port motor monitoring system that applies the principle of wireless sensor network.Through the comprehensive use of automation and information technology,the management efficiency of the port electrical equipment is improved.This motor monitoring system can automatically monitor and alarm the temperature and other signals of motor equipment,and access the integrated interface of port terminal equipment to achieve intelligent detection of motor equipment and outomatic monitoring of the working status of motors.Through the Internet of Things to detect the motors scattered in various areas of the port,field use shows that the sensor system meets the actual needs of port electrical equipment management,with easy installation,easy management,low power consumption,simple maintenance and.other characteristics.
