摘要 安全运输是企业发展的先决条件,给铁路运输带来了极大挑战,虽然电力机车在铁路运输市场上的份额逐年增加,但内燃机车的作用仍无法替代,需要进一步提高内燃机车的质量。本文一方面通过统计DF4型内燃机车静液压系统的结构组成、工作原理以及运用机车实际故障数据,进一步分析了静液压系统,找出了造成静液压系统油乳化的原因,并提出了有效的处理方法,另一方面强调了维护和保养的重要性,以实现机车的运行安全。 Safe transportation is a prerequisite for the development of enterprises,it is a great challenge to railway transportation,although the electric locomotive in the railway transportation market share increased year by year,but the diesel locomotive role is still irreplaceable,the quality of the diesel locomotive needs to be further improved.On the one hand,through the structure of DF4 diesel locomotive hydrostatic system,working principle and using the locomotive actual fault data statistics,to further analyze the hydrostatic system,find out the cause of the hydrostatic system oil emulsification,and put forward the effective processing method,on the other hand,emphasize the importance of maintenance and maintenance,realize the safety of locomotive operation.
