高水充填工作面运煤系统大角度快速调整优化改造的研究及应用

摘要 11214高水充填工作面运输巷受断层影响,工作面运输巷存在35°转弯、运料巷存在20°转弯,两巷道不再平行,不能满足工作面推进要求。工作面推进该位置前需改造运煤系统方可满足出煤要求。为了最大限度地缩短对生产的影响时间和施工周期,安全高效地完成运煤系统改造的目标,经过查阅设备说明书及现场测量后,采取缩短皮带、刮板输送机穿插前后移动、转载机“外断内连”的“蛇形走位”方式整体前移,顺利完成了运煤系统改造任务,大大缩短了因运煤系统改造对生产的影响时间。 11214 high water filling working face transportation lane is affected by faults.There is a 35°turn in the working face transportation lane and a 20°turn in the material lane.The two roadways are no longer parallel and carrnot meet the requirements of working face propulsion.The coal transport system must be reformed before the working face pushes forward the position to meet the coal discharge requirements.In order to shorten the impact of production time and shorten the construction period,complete the goal of coal transport system transformation safely and efficiendy,after consulting the equipment manual and field measurement,adopt to shorten the belt,scraper conveyor interspersing before and after the movement,transfer machine"external break internal connectionn of the"snake position"overall forward,successfully completed the coal transport system transformation task,greatly shorten the production time affected by the transformation of coal transport system.
