可持续发展战略下的居住研究性设计实践

RESIDENTIAL RESEARCH DESIGN PRACTICE UNDER SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

住房建设是当今世界与我国社会经济可持续发展的重大议题。本文为中国建筑标准设计研究院刘东卫工作室和HCSI设计研究创新中心十余年来对我国住房建设可持续发展的总结,围绕绿色低碳发展模式、社会适老化环境建设、城市公共住房建设和建筑产业现代化发展,从百年住宅体系、高龄居住建筑、保障性住房、装配式住宅体系的居住研究性设计实践展开,阐述了其新理念、新模式、新标准、新体系、新设计和新技术,以期对广大建筑师的建筑设计创新实践提供有益的参考,为找寻新时期居住建筑转型发展方向的同仁们提供一些借鉴。

Housing construction is a major issue in the sustainable development of our social economy.This paper is a summary of the sustainable development of housing construction in our country in the past ten years by Liu Dongwei Studio of China Building Standard Design and Research Institute and HCSI Design Research Innovation Center.From housing system in one hundred,the old residential buildings,public housing,residential research design practice of prefabricated housing system,this paper expounds the new idea,the new model,the new standard,the new system,the new design and new technology,to provide to the general architect of the building design innovation practice beneficial reference,to look for new residential buildings during the period of transformation direction of colleagues,and to provide some references.
