摘要
目的:探讨导师辱虐型指导与研究生自我损耗及抑郁情绪的关系,并考察正念在其中的保护性作用。方法:采用辱虐型指导量表、自我损耗量表、抑郁情绪量表和正念量表对575名研究生进行测量。结果:(1)辱虐型指导、自我损耗、正念与抑郁情绪两两之间呈显著相关。(2)辱虐型指导不仅能够直接预测抑郁情绪,还能通过自我损耗的中介作用影响抑郁情绪。(3)正念可以显著调节中介模型的后半段和直接路径,随着正念水平的提升,辱虐型指导对抑郁情绪的直接效应以及自我损耗的中介效应均呈下降趋势。结论:自我损耗是辱虐型指导影响研究生抑郁情绪的中介因素,而正念能够缓冲辱虐型指导对抑郁情绪的不利影响。
Objective:To examine the relationships among advisor’s abusive supervision and self-depletion and depression of postgraduates,as well as the protective role of mindfulness in it.Methods:A sample of 575 postgraduate students were recruited to complete the questionnaires on abusive supervision,self-depletion,depression and mindfulness.Results:(1)There was a significant correlation between abusive supervision,self-depletion,mindfulness and depression.(2)Abusive supervision not only directly predicted depression,but also indirectly affected depression through the mediating effect self-depletion.(3)Mindfulness significantly moderated the second half of the mediation model and the direct path:with the improvement of mindfulness level,the direct effect of abusive supervision on depression and the mediating effect of self-depletion showed a downward trend.Conclusion:Self-depletion could mediate the association between abusive supervision and the depression of graduate students,and mindfulness could alleviate the adverse effects of abusive supervision on depression.
