青少年精神疾病歧视知觉量表信效度检验

Reliability and Validity of the Perceived Discrimination Scale for Adolescent Patients with Mental Illness

目的:以慢性病歧视与排斥感知量表(Chronic Illness Rejection and Discrimination Scale,CIRDS)为基础,改编为青少年精神疾病歧视知觉量表并检验信效度。方法:使用改编的CIRDS对云南省三所三甲医院精神科就诊的488名青少年精神疾病患者进行测量。以社会排斥、精神疾病病耻感、应激感受作为效标进行效标效度检验。以3~8周内来医院复诊的142名患者作为重测样本进行重测信度检验。结果:探索性因素分析显示,量表可分为感知歧视与感知侮辱两个维度,共14个题项,两维度的累计方差解释率为52.42%;验证性因素分析支持二维度结构,模型拟合情况为:χ^(2)/df=4.78,RMSEA=0.05,GFI=0.91,AGFI=0.82,CFI=0.80;效标效度检验显示,青少年精神疾病患者歧视知觉与社会排斥呈显著正相关(r=0.43,P<0.001),与应激感受呈显著正相关(r=0.37,P<0.001),与病耻感呈显著正相关(r=0.58,P<0.001);信度检验显示,总量表及两个维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.76、0.74、0.83,重测相关系数分别为0.81、0.88、0.86。结论:青少年精神疾病歧视知觉量表符合心理测量学标准。

Objective:Based on the Chronic Illness Rejection and Discrimination Scale(CIRDS),this study compiled the Perceived Discrimination Scale for adolescent patients with mental illness and tested its reliability and validity.Methods:The revised CIRDS was used to measure 488 adolescent patients with mental illness in the psychiatric departments of three grade A hospitals in Yunnan Province.Social exclusion,stigma of mental illness and stress were used as the criteria to test the validity.142 patients who came to the hospital twice within 3 to 8 weeks were used as retest samples for retest reliability.Results:Exploratory factor analysis showed that the scale included 14 items,and could be divided into two dimensions(perceived discrimination and perceived insult)with the cumulative variance explanation rate being 52.42%.Confirmatory factor analysis supported the two-dimensional structure,and the model fitting wasχ^(2)/df=4.78,RMSEA=0.05,GFI=0.91,AGFI=0.82,CFI=0.80.Perceived discrimination was significantly positively correlated with social exclusion(r=0.43,P<0.001),stress feeling(r=0.37,P<0.001),and selfstigma(r=0.58,P<0.001).The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of the total scale and the two factors were 0.76,0.74,0.83,and the retest correlation was 0.81,0.88,0.86 respectively.Conclusion:The adolescent mental illness discrimination perception scale conforms to psychometrics standard.
