时尚媒体暴露与女大学生外表焦虑的关系:性资本化的中介与体育锻炼的调节作用

The Relationship of Fashion Media Exposure and Female College Students’Appearance Anxiety:The Mediator of Capitalization of Sexual Attractiveness and the Moderator of Physical Exercise

目的:探讨时尚媒体暴露对女大学生外表焦虑的影响机制。方法:以587名女大学生为被试,采用媒体影响量表、性资本化量表、体育锻炼量表及简版外表焦虑量表进行测试。结果:时尚媒体暴露、性资本化及女大学生外表焦虑彼此之间均呈显著正相关;性资本化在时尚媒体暴露与女大学生外表焦虑之间起到中介作用;体育锻炼显著负向调节了时尚媒体暴露与女大学生外表焦虑的关系,体育锻炼水平越高,时尚媒体暴露对女大学生外表焦虑的预测作用越低。结论:性资本化和体育锻炼在时尚媒体暴露与女大学生外表焦虑之间起到了有中介的调节作用。

Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of Fashion media exposure on female college students’Appearance anxiety.Methods:587 female college students were tested by the Media Influence scale,Capitalization of Sexual Attractiveness scale,Physical exercise scale and the Appearance Anxiety Scale-Brief Version.Results:Female college students’Fashion media exposure,Capitalization of Sexual Attractiveness and Appearance Anxiety were significantly correlated with each other;Capitalization of Sexual Attractiveness played a mediating role between Fashion media exposure and female college students’Appearance anxiety;Physical exercise significantly moderated the path of Fashion media exposure and female college students’Appearance anxiety.Conclusion:Capitalization of Sexual Attractiveness and Physical exercise played a mediated moderator role between Fashion media exposure and female college students’Appearance anxiety.
