冲动对糖尿病自我管理的影响:自我效能和糖尿病痛苦的链式中介作用

Effect of Impulsivity on Self-management of Diabetes:The Chain Mediated Effect of Self Efficacy and Diabetes Distress

目的:探讨糖尿病患者自我效能、糖尿病痛苦在冲动与自我管理间的链式中介作用。方法:采用Barratt冲动量表(BIS-11)、糖尿病管理自我效能量表、糖尿病痛苦量表、糖尿病自我行为管理量表对327名糖尿病患者进行测量。结果:①冲动与自我效能呈显著负相关,与糖尿病痛苦呈显著正相关,与自我管理呈显著负相关;自我效能与糖尿病痛苦呈显著负相关,与自我管理呈显著正相关;糖尿病痛苦与自我管理呈显著负相关。②自我效能、糖尿病痛苦在冲动与糖尿病自我管理间链式中介作用显著,中介效应为-0.160,中介效应占比为55.17%。结论:冲动是糖尿病自我管理的重要影响因素,自我效能和糖尿病痛苦在其中起链式中介作用。

Objective:To explore the serial mediating effect of self-efficacy and diabetes distress on relationship among impulsivity and self-management in diabetic patients.Methods:Totally 327 college students were surveyed with Barratt impulse scale(BIS-11),Diabetes management self-efficacy scale(DMSES),Diabetes distress Scale(DDS),and Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities(SDSCA).Results:①Impulsivity was significantly negatively correlated with self-efficacy,self-management,and positively correlated with diabetes distress;Self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated with diabetes distress,and positively correlated with self-management;There was a significant negative correlation between diabetes pain and self-management.②The self-efficacy and diabetes distress mediated the relationship between impulse and diabetes self-management;the mediating effect was-0.160,accounting for 55.17%of the total indirect effects.Conclusion:Impulsivity contributed to self-management of diabetes,and the self-efficacy and diabetes distress play a serial mediation role in this relationship.
