摘要
车辆仿真模型在车辆前期设计、动力系统选型、性能仿真分析、软件开发和标定优化等车辆开发全过程都有着举足轻重的作用。尤其在当下新能源汽车蓬勃发展的阶段,由于汽车动力系统更加复杂(HEV和PHEV),电气化程度大大提高(EV和FCEV),对车辆仿真模型的需求也大大增加,对车辆模型的仿真精度要求也逐步提高。因此,本文以动力系统最为复杂的混合动力汽车为例,详细介绍了新能源整车和动力系统建模的方法,并以实车实测数据验证了该建模方法的精确性。
Vehicle simulation model plays an important role in the whole process of vehicle development,such as preliminary design,powertrain selection,performance simulation analysis,software development and calibration optimization.Especially in the current stage,due to the more complex vehicle powertrain(HEV and PHEV),the degree of electrification(EV and FCEV),the demand for vehicle simulation models is also greatly increased,and the requirements for the simulation accuracy of vehicle models are gradually increased.Therefore,this paper takes the hybrid electric vehicle with the most complex powertrain as an example,introduces the modeling method of new energy vehicle and powertrain in detail,and verifies the accuracy of the modeling method with the measured data of real vehicle.
