摘要
搭建微通道蒸发器性能测试实验台,对双流程微通道蒸发器第一流程扁管中的R134a流量分布表征方法开展研究。使用红外摄像仪获取蒸发器表面温度分布数据,结合空气侧与制冷剂侧热力学平衡计算,分析得到双流程微通道蒸发器第一流程扁管内的流量分布,并与蒸发器过冷段分布规律进行比较,结果表明:蒸发器流量分布规律与过冷段长度分布规律基本吻合,且扁管的计算总流量与实际测量的总流量误差在15.9%以内,说明该流量分配表征计算方法可靠准确。
A microchannel evaporator performance test bench was built to study the characterization method of R134a flow distribution in the flat tube of the first flow of the dual-flow microchannel evaporator.The evaporator surface temperature distribution data were obtained using infrared camera.Combined with the thermodynamic equilibrium calculation of the air side and refrigerant side,the flow distribution in the flat tube of the first process of the dual-process microchannel evaporator was analyzed and compared with the distribution law of the subcooled section of the evaporator.The error was within 15.9%,which indicated that this traffic allocation characterization was reliable and accurate.
