思政课助力人才培养研究综述

A summary of the research on the cultivation of ideological and political course assistant talents

我国高度重视人才培养的问题,德育是人才培养的基础和前提。思政课作为立德树人的关键课程,可以有效助力人才培养。围绕思政课助力人才培养的相关内容,我国学术界进行了深入的研究。本论文通过梳理、分析和归纳学者们的研究成果,总结出思政课助力人才培养的研究现状和研究特点,并针对当前研究还存在的不足,提出了进一步研究的设想。

Our country attaches great importance to the problem of personnel training,moral education is the basis and premise of personnel training.The ideological and political course,as the key course of establishing morality and cultivating talents,can effectively contribute to the cultivation of talents.The academic circle of our country has carried on the thorough research around the related content of the ideological and political education.By combing,analyzing and summarizing the research results of scholars,this paper summarizes the current research situation and characteristics of the cultivation of ideological and political course assistants,and aims at the shortcomings of the current research,the tentative plan of further research is put forward.
