摘要
分析对比了几种常用干燥除水工艺,提出了采用甲醇洗涤干燥一氯甲烷并回用于氢氯化反应的方案。经过改造,装置不再使用硫酸进行干燥,一氯甲烷产品含水量符合产品水分质量指标要求,可以为其他相似工况提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes and compares various methods of drying and water removal technologies,the scheme of using methanol to wash and dry methane chloride is proposed.The practical application shows that after modification,sulfuric acid is no longer used for drying,and the water content of chloromethane product meets the requirements of water quality index,which can provide practical reference for other similar working conditions.
