电石渣湿法烟气脱硫与脱硫石膏性能

摘要 本文研究了电石渣和石灰石的消溶特性,不同工艺条件对电石渣脱硫性能影响,在优化条件下电石渣脱硫率可达到97%以上,且电石渣法脱硫石膏产品对比石灰石法具有更好的产品质量指标。电石渣烟气湿法脱硫试验表明电石渣有极高的脱硫效率和优良的产品指标,可以取代传统的石灰石,节省了原生石灰石矿产资源,并为电石渣烟气湿法脱硫的工程化应用提供参考。 The dissolution characteristics of calcium carbide slag(CCS)and limestone are investigated,and the effects of different conditions on desulfurization performance of CCS was also investigated.The flue gas desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 97%and the desulfurization gypsum product of CCS has a better product quality than the limestone under the optimal condition.The wet flue gas desulfurization tests of CCS in this paper show that CCS has extremely high desulfurization efficiency and excellent product quality in flue gas desulfurization,which can replace limestone,reducing the mineral resources of limestone to a large extent and providing a reference for the engineering application of wet flue gas desulfurization by CCS.
