摘要
基于社会信息加工理论,探究领导政治技能对员工越轨创新的影响。166份3时点调研数据的分析结果显示:领导政治技能正向影响员工越轨创新,感知的人力资源管理强度在二者之间具有部分中介作用;传统性负向调节领导政治技能对员工感知的人力资源管理强度的正向影响,但传统性在员工感知的人力资源管理强度与越轨创新之间的调节作用不显著。
Based on social information processing theory,this paper explores the influence of leader political skill on bootlegging.The empirical analysis results of 1663-wave time-lagged data show that:Leader political skills have a positive impact on bootlegging and perceived human resource management strength has a partial mediating effect between them.Traditionality negatively moderates the positive impact of leader political skills on perceived human resource management strength but traditionality has no moderating effect between perceived human resource management strength and bootlegging.
