摘要
基于情绪认知评价理论从认知和情绪两条路径分析失败恐惧对机会识别的影响机制。通过对254名创业者的问卷调查发现:失败恐惧区分为内源性和外源性两个维度,内源性失败恐惧对机会识别产生积极影响,而外源性失败恐惧对机会识别产生消极影响,和谐激情削弱外源性失败恐惧对机会识别的负面效应,而执念激情加剧二者影响。结果表明:失败恐惧对创业者机会识别具有双面影响,而创业激情一定程度上可以缓解负面效应。
Based on the evaluation theory of emotion cognition,it analyzes the influence mechanism of fear of failure on opportunity recognition from two paths of cognition and emotion.Based on a questionnaire survey of 254 entrepreneurs,results show that,the fear of failure is divided into two dimensions:endogenous and exogenous.Endogenous fear of failure has a positive impact on opportunity recognition,while exogenous fear of failure has a negative impact on opportunity recognition.Harmonious passion weakens the negative influence of the fear of exogenous failure on opportunity recognition,while obsessive passion exacerbates the influence of both.The conclusion also shows that fear of failure has a double-sided effect on entrepreneurial opportunity identification,and entrepreneurial passion can alleviate the negative effect to a certain extent.
