白花败酱全草的化学成分研究

摘要 目的研究白花败酱全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、反相及制备液相等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,所获得的单体化合物经核磁共振波谱和质谱数据鉴定。结果从白花败酱药材中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为白花败酱酸(1)、(S)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(2)、芦丁(3)、5,7,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(4)、3,5,7,4’-四羟基黄酮(5)、3,5,3’-三甲氧基槲皮素(6)、鼠李柠檬素(7)、(1S,3a R,4S,9a R)-1-ethoxy-4-(4’-hydroxy-3’-methoxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-1,3,3a,4,9,9a-hexahydronaphtho[2,3-c]-furan-6-ol(8)、(+)-isolariciresinol(9)、东莨菪内酯(10)、2’,3-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(11)、对乙氧基苯甲醇(12)、反式对香豆酸乙酯(13)、2,5-二羟基苯乙酸乙酯(14)。结论本研究从白花败酱药材中分离鉴定了14个单体化合物,其中化合物1为新化合物,除化合物3、10、14外,其余化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 Objective To determine the chemical constituents in the whole herbs of Patrinia villosa(P.villosa).Methods The chemical components of P.villosa were separated and purified with various chromatographic techniques:silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by NMR and MS spectroscope.Results Totally 14 compounds were identified as patrivicid(1),(S)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone(2),rutin(3),5,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone(4),3,5,7,4'-tetrahydroxyflavone(5),3,5,3'-trimethoxyquercetin(6),rhamnocitrin(7),(1S,3aR,4S,9aR)-1-ethoxy-4-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-1,3,3a,4,9,9a-hexahydronaphtho[2,3-c]-furan-6-ol(8),(+)-isolariciresinol(9),scopoletin(10),2',3-dihydroxy-5-methoxydibenzyl(11),p-ethoxybenzyl alcohol(12),trans-p-coumaric acid ethylester(13),and 2,5-dihydroxyphenylethyl acetate(14).Conclusion Totally 14 compounds are identified from P.villosa.Compound 1 is new.Except for compound 3,10,and 14,all the other compounds have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
