摘要
目的利用系统评价的方法对智能药柜(ADC)在医疗机构中的用药安全进行分析。方法系统检索PubMed、Cochrane、Embase、中国知网、万方和维普数据库,依据纳排标准,筛选文献,对文献进行质量评价,分析纳入研究的内容和结论。结果共纳入8篇研究,纳入文献质量较好;3篇研究通过条形码扫码策略,标记近效期药品并定期更换和将有效期的检查措施,降低了超过有效期药品构成比;1篇研究通过制订ADC储存看似听似(LASA)药品管理策略,筛查出的LASA药品的构成比为70%;3篇研究通过准确填补、高警示药品存放维护和每月清点等核查策略,降低了调配差错率。1篇研究定性描述了安全用药的责任归属、摆放环境和药品发放方面的内容。结论本文系统综述了ADC的用药安全的策略和结论,为ADC在医疗机构的安全使用提供循证证据。
Objective To analyze the medication safety of automated dispensing cabinet(ADC)in medical institutions systematically.Methods We systematically searched the PubMed,Cochrane,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.According to the acceptance and discharge standard,the literatures were screened and the quality of literatures was evaluated.The content and conclusions of the included studies were analyzed.Results Totally 8 studies were included,and the literature quality was good.Through barcode scanning,marking,regular replacement and validity inspection,in three studies,the composition ratio of expired drugs was reduced.In one study,the composition ratio of look alike sound alike(LASA)screened was 70%by developing LASA drug management strategy for drugs storage in ADC.Another three studies showed that the dispensing drug error rate had been reduced through correct filling,safe storage of dangerous or poinsonous medicines and monthly inventory.One study qualitatively described the responsibility for safe medication,the placement environment of ADC and drug distribution.Conclusion This paper reviews the strategy and conclusion of drug safety of ADC to provide evidence for the safe use of ADC in medical institutions.
