Shaping Reality and Returning to Science:“Embedded Development”in Social Work from the NormativeAerial Perspective and the Possibility of Transcendence

新中国社会工作经历了几十年的曲折发展,逐渐形成了以“嵌入”“脱嵌”和“互嵌”为核心向度的本土社会工作“嵌入式发展”规范路径图景,并以此为中心建构起以目标、动力与空间为系统的规范性研究范式。重新梳理与归纳规范意义上的本土社会工作“嵌入式发展”路径体系及其塑造逻辑,可以为超越长期“嵌入式发展”的经验视角、以生存为导向的专业发展复杂解释路径,以及重新思考“嵌入式发展”在本土社会工作发展中的理论定位问题提供必要的经验基础。规范化的嵌入范式只有结合日益更迭的时代与发展需求,找到与国家治理体系和日常生活范式之间的共同点,才能使社会工作在符合既有发展环境的基础上,重新回归到专业性与科学性所定义的发展初衷。

After decades of development,social work in China has gradually formed a"embedded development"following the normative pattern featuring"embeddedness","de-embeddedness"and"interembeddedness"as its core.A normative research paradigm is thus constructed with the goal,motivation and space as the normalization of system.By reorganizing and summarizing the path system and the shaping logic of"embedded development"in the normative sense,we can provide an empirical basis for rethinking the theoretical positioning of"embedded development"and transcend the empirical perspective and the chronicle survival-oriented path.It is essential for social work to be adaptable to the needs of the development and find the common ground with the national governance system and daily-life paradigm.On this basis,we are able to return to the original development intention defined by professionalism and science from the normative"embedded"paradigm.
