Investigation on the Risk Influencing Factors of Library Development Under the Background of Digital Transformation

[目的/意义]数字化转型是全球趋势,但给图书馆行业带来发展不确定性。有效发现风险因素,是促进图书馆高质量转型发展的前提。[研究设计/方法]立足高质量发展观,综合运用扎根理论、专家咨询、改进层次分析等方法,析出图书馆发展风险因素。[结论/发现]资源、用户、服务、管理、环境是转型时期图书馆发展的关键风险要素。阐明了关键要素在风险演化与预防规制中的机制。[创新/价值]立足中国数字化转型情境,形成发展风险五要素理论分析框架,为图书馆风险分析诊断、预警及规制提供决策参考。

[Purpose/Significance]Digital transformation is a global trend that has also brought uncertainty to libraries.Effectively discovering risk factors is the premise to promote the high-quality development of libraries.[Design/Methodology]Based on the concept of high-quality development,the risk factors of library development are identified by comprehensively using grounded theory,expert consultation,improved hierarchical analytic process and other methods.[Findings/Conclusion]It is found that resources,users,services,management and environment are the five key risk factors for library development.The mechanism of the key elements in the risk evolution and prevention regulation is clarified.[Originality/Value]Under the context of China's digital transformation,this paper puts forward the theoretical analysis framework of five key risk factor of library development,which provides reference for decision-making of library risk diagnosis,early warning and regulation.
