人脐带间充质干细胞治疗膝关节骨性关节炎及与中医药的相关性探讨

Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its correlation with TCM medicine

人体的各种组织,包括骨髓、脂肪、滑膜、外周血和脐带均含有间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cells,MSCs)。人类脐带间充质干细胞(Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells,HUMSCs)属于MSCs的一种,具有自身的独特之处。MSCs功能十分强大,可以分化成脂肪细胞、肌肉细胞、神经细胞、骨细胞等多种组织细胞。MSCs不仅可以更新修复旧的人体细胞,治疗多种免疫性疾病,还擅长治疗骨骼和肌肉衰退型疾病。基于此,MSCs备受推崇。膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种以关节软骨退变为主的迁延性疾病,患者以中老年患者居多。现有疗法中无论是口服药还是注射药,疗效都不是十分理想。文章介绍MSCs用于临床的潜力、HUMSCs对关节软骨的作用机制,以及中医药与HUMSCs的相关性等,旨在为临床及科研诊疗KOA提供新思路。

MSCs are contained in various tissues of the body,including bone marrow,fat,synovium,peripheral blood,and umbilical cord.Human umbilical cord MSCs belong to a type of MSCs and have their own unique features.Mesenchymal stem cells are very powerful,and they can differentiate into adipocytes,muscle cells,nerve cells,bone cells and other tissue cells.MSCs can renew and repair old human cells,treat a variety of immune diseases,and also excel at treating bone and muscle decline diseases.Based on this,MSCs are highly respected.Knee osteoarthritis is a protracted disease dominated by articular cartilage degeneration.Especially in the middle-aged and elderly patients,the existing therapy is oral medicine or injection,and is not very ideal.This paper introduces the potential of MSC for clinical use,the action mechanism of human umbilical cord MSCs on articular cartilage,and the correlation between TCM and human umbilical cord MSCs,aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical and scientific diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
