清利化瘀类复方保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的系统评价与Meta分析

Systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis of treating chronic prostatitis by retention enema with the dispelling heat-dampness and removing blood stasis prescription

目的:整体评价清利化瘀类复方保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效以及安全性,为临床应用提供客观依据及用药参考。方法:检索中文文献数据库中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库,英文数据库Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science与PubMed(时间至2022年2月),收集关于清利化瘀类复方保留灌肠单用或联合其他疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的随机对照试验,采用RevMan 5.4软件对最终纳入的25篇文献研究进行Meta分析。结果:25项研究的总样本量为2879例。Meta分析结果显示:清利化瘀类复方灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效率[OR=4.61,95%CI(3.64,5.84)]、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Index,NIH-CPSI)[MD=-6.02,95%CI为(-6.27,-5.78)]均优于非清利化瘀类中药灌肠治疗的对照组。结论:清利化瘀法复方灌肠参与干预的试验组比对照组总有效率高、NIP-CPSI评分降低更明显,且安全性好。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of retention enema with the dispelling heat-dampness and removing blood stasis prescription in the treatment of chronic prostatitis,and to provide an objective basis and medication reference for its clinical application.Methods:The randomized controlled trials of treating chronic prostatitis by retention enema with the dispelling heat-dampness and removing blood stasis prescription alone or in combination with other therapies from the establishment time of each database to February 2022 were retrieved in Chinese literature databases such as China Biomedical Literature database,CNKI,Wanfang data and VIP,and English literature databases including Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PubMed and so on.RevMan 5.4 software was used to conduct a meta-analysis of the 25 studies finally included.Results:The total sample size of 25 studies was 2879 cases.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the test group(took retention enema with the dispelling heat-dampness and removing blood stasis prescription)was better than the control group(took other therapies)in the total efficiency and National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis index(NIH-CPSI)score.Conclusion:The total efficiency of retention enema with the dispelling heat-dampness and removing blood stasis prescription in the test group was higher than that in control group,and NIP-CPSI score in the test group was decreased more significantly than the control group,and the safety in the test group was good.
