补肾活血方联合氯米芬对多囊卵巢排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating polycystic ovary anovulatory infertility with the Bushen Huoxue prescription plus clomiphene

目的:探讨补肾活血方联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月-2021年2月收治的80例多囊卵巢排卵障碍性不孕症患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予氯米芬口服治疗,观察组在其基础上应用中药补肾活血汤治疗。对比两组治疗后排卵率、妊娠率及血清性激素水平。结果:观察组排卵恢复率与妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组促黄体生成激素、睾酮、促卵泡生成激素、雌二醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组促黄体生成激素、睾酮明显下降,雌二醇、促卵泡生成激素上升,观察组各项指标改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度均增加,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍性不孕症疗效确切,可有效改善患者的血清性激素水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Bushen Huoxue prescription(补肾活血方)plus clomiphene on polycystic ovary ovulation disorder.Methods:A total of 80 cases from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomization principle,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given oral clomiphene,and the observation group was given the Bushen Huoxue prescription more.Results:The ovulation recovery rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,testosterone,follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the two groups were decreased significantly,and estradiol and follicle-stimulating hormone in the two groups were increased.The amelioration of the above each index in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the dominant follicle diameter and endometrial thickness in the two groups were increased after treatment,and in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bushen Huoxue prescription plus clomiphene is effective on polycystic ovary anovulatory infertility,and can effectively ameliorate the levels of serum sex hormones.
