菊苣川牛膝复合物增强小鼠免疫力的研究

A study on the enhancement effects of the extract complex of Juju and Chuanniuxi on immunity of mice

目的:经口给予小鼠不同剂量的菊苣川牛膝复合物分别0.14 g/kg BW、0.27 g/kg BW和0.81 g/kg BW,对菊苣川牛膝复合物增强免疫力的功效进行研究。方法:对细胞免疫(迟发型变态反应和淋巴细胞转化实验)、体液免疫(抗体生成细胞数和半数溶血值实验)、小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能及小鼠自然杀伤细胞活性进行观察。结果:33 d后,与空白对照组比较,0.14 g/kg BW组能同时有效提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数(P<0.001)和半数溶血值(P<0.05);0.27 g/kg BW组能同时明显提高小鼠的抗体生成能力和细胞数(P<0.05)、碳廓清能力(P<0.05)、半数溶血值(P<0.01)、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率(P<0.05)和吞噬指数(P<0.001);0.81 g/kg BW组能明显提高小鼠的足跖肿胀度(P<0.05)、淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05)、抗体生成细胞数(P<0.01)、半数溶血值(P<0.001)、碳廓清能力(P<0.05)、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率(P<0.001)和吞噬指数(P<0.001)。结论:菊苣川牛膝复合物对动物细胞免疫功能的分析和体液免疫功能测定结果均为阳性,具有增强机体免疫力的功效。

Objective:The immune-enhancing effects of the extract complex of Juju(Berba cichorii)and Chuanniuxi(Radix Cyathulae)on immunity of mice were investigated by oral administration with different doses of the extract complex of Juju and Chuanniuxi at 0.14 g/kg BW,0.27 g/kg BW and 0.81 g/kg BW respectively.Methods:The cellular immunity(delayed-type allergy and lymphocyte transformation assay),humoral immunity(number of antibody-producing cells and half hemolysis value assay),phagocytic function of mouse mononuclear macrophages and mouse natural killer cell activity were observed.Results:After 33 days,compared with the blank control group,the number of antibody-producing cells in mice(P<0.001)and the half hemolysis value(P<0.05)were increased in the 0.14 g/kg BW group.In the 0.27 g/kg BW group,the antibody production capacity and cells number of mice(P<0.05),carbon clearance capacity(P<0.05),half hemolysis value(P<0.01),phagocytosis rate of chicken erythrocytes by macrophages(P<0.05),and phagocytosis index(P<0.001)were increased all.In the 0.81 g/kg BW group,the paw swelling(P<0.05),lymphocyte proliferation ability(P<0.05),number of antibody-producing cells(P<0.01),half hemolysis value(P<0.001),carbon clearance ability(P<0.05),phagocytic rate of chicken erythrocytes by macrophages(P<0.001),and phagocytic index(P<0.001)were increased.Conclusion:The extract complex of Juju and Chuanniuxi were positive for both cellular and humoral immune functions,and had the effect of enhancing immunity.
