正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of bonesetting massage on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:探讨正骨推拿疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年2月-2021年2月在北京市通州区永乐店社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者200例,用随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用祛风止痛胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加正骨推拿治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、临床表现[日本矫形外科学会腰痛疾患综合评分法(JOA)、Seze氏法测量的腰曲值]、治疗过程中的症状缓解时间等指标。结果:观察组的腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的JOA评分和腰曲值在治疗后明显增加,观察组JOA评分和腰曲值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在治疗过程中的症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的生活质量评分在治疗后明显增加,观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生严重不良反应。结论:正骨推拿疗法配合常规药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症,有助于改善患者的临床症状,缩短患者的症状缓解时间,提升患者的生活质量,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of bonesetting massage in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:There were 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated at Beijing Tongzhou District Yongledian Community Health Service Center from February 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Qufeng Zhitong capsule(祛风止痛胶囊).The observation group was combined with bonesetting massage more.The treatment effect,clinical manifestation[JOA and the lumbar curvature value measured by Seze’s method]and the time of symptom relief during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of lumbar disc herniation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score and lumbar curvature value in the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the JOA score and lumbar curvature value in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups increased significantly after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:Orthopedic massage therapy combined with conventional drug programs can improve patient clinical symptoms,shorten the time of symptom relief,improve their quality of life,and ensure good safety.
