瓜蒌薤白类方治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of clinical efficacy of the Gualou Xiebai decoction on unstable angina

目的:评价瓜蒌薤白类方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据、维普数据库、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library,搜集关于瓜蒌薤白类方治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验,用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17项研究,病例1442例。Meta分析结果显示,瓜蒌薤白类方联合常规西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛的总有效率优于单纯西药组;心绞痛发作频率方面,加用瓜蒌薤白类方的试验组疗效优于单纯予常规西药治疗的对照组;心绞痛持续时间方面,加用瓜蒌薤白类方的试验组疗效优于对照组;试验组的心电图改善情况优于对照组。结论:瓜蒌薤白类方联合常规西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛比单纯西药施治具有更好的疗效,不良反应较少。但应继续扩大样本量,进一步证实本研究结论。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Gualou Xiebai decoction(瓜蒌薤白类方)on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP,PubMed,Embase and Cochrane Library were searched to collect randomized controlled trials of the Gualou Xiebai decoction in the treatment of unstable angina,and a Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 statistical software.Results:A total of 17 studies were included,with 1442 medical records.The results showed that the total effective rate of the Gualou Xiebai decoction plus conventional western medicine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris was better than that of western medicine alone.The efficacy in the test group on the frequency of angina episodes was better than that of conventional western medicine alone.In terms of the duration of angina pectoris,the curative effect in the test group was better than that in the control group.The improvement of ECG in the test group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The Gualou Xiebai decoction plus conventional western medicine had better efficacy and fewer adverse effects than western medicine alone in the treatment of unstable angina,but the sample size should continue to be expanded to further confirm the conclusion in this study.
