清宫止带汤联合利普刀治疗湿热下注证中重度宫颈糜烂疗效观察

The effect of the Qinggong Zhidai decoction plus loop electrosurgical excision procedure on moderate and severe cervical erosion with dampness invasion of lower energizer

目的:观察清宫止带汤联合利普刀治疗湿热下注证中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将120例中重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,每组60例。两组患者均予单纯利普刀治疗,术后对照组给予抗生素常规治疗,治疗组给予口服清宫止带汤,观察两组的临床治疗情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后临床症状积分、糜烂面积积分、阴道清洁积分与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清炎症因子中肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平变化与治疗前相比显著下降,与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者阴道出血时间、阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药清宫止带汤联合利普刀治疗湿热下注证中重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qinggong Zhidai decoction(清宫止带汤)plus loop electrosurgical excision procedure on moderate and severe cervical erosion with dampness invasion of lower energizer.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the reference group,with sixty cases in each group.All the patients in both groups received loop electrosurgical excision procedure first.After the operation,the patients in the reference group took conventional antibiotic,and the patients in the treatment group took the Qinggong Zhidai decoction.Results:The overall efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the reference group,and there is a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in clinical symptom scores,erosion area score,and vaginal cleanling score between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in the treatment group were decreased significantly compared with those in the pre-treatment period and the controp group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of vaginal bleeding,vaginal drainage and wound healing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qinggong Zhidai decoction plus loop electrosurgical excision procedure is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion with dampness invasion of lower energizer.
