摘要
全面梳理国内外航运物流碳排减技术、管理与政策等方面的发展现状与态势,研判国内航运物流碳减排的发展水平,结合航运物流业的发展趋势,从技术、管理和政策等角度提出我国绿色航运物流发展路径和建议,以助推碳减排目标的实现。
In this paper,the development status and trend of carbon emission reduction technology,management and policy of shipping logistics were comprehensively combed at home and abroad,the development level of carbon emission reduction of domestic shipping logistics were studied and judged,and combined with the development trend of shipping logistics industry,the development path and suggestions of green shipping logistics in China were put forward from the perspective of technology,management and policy to promote the realization of carbon emission reduction goals.
