随着能源管理体系的推行,计量管理工作的重要性更加突显。为了规范计量器具管理,满足安全生产运行、质量管控及节能管理需求,对现有计量管理信息系统进行持续的优化升级。针对净化公司计量管理现状和LIMS计量管理应用存在的问题,并根据调研,开展基于LIMS平台的计量器具管理信息化系统建立和改进的研究,形成数据公开、使用便捷高效、完善的计量器具管理信息化系统。

With the implementation of energy management system,the importance of measurement management be-comes more prominent.In order to standardize the management of measuring instruments and meet the requirements of safe production operation,quality control and energy conservation management,the existing measurement man-agement information system is continuously optimized and upgraded.Aiming at the current measurement manage-ment situation of the purification company and the problems existing in the application of LIMS measurement man-agement,according to the research,the research on the establishment and improvement of the measurement instru-ment management information system based on the LIMS platform have been carried out.Thus,a measurement in-strument management information system with open data,convenient and efficient use and improvement is formed.
