摘要
电池内阻测试仪是用于测量电池内部阻抗和电池酸化薄膜破损程度的仪器。本文依据JJF1620-2017《电池内阻测试仪校准规范》,对电池内阻测试仪的直流电压和交流电阻的测量误差来源进行不确定度分析与评定。
Battery intemnal resistance tester is used to measure the internal impedance of battery and the damage de-gree of battery acidizing film.Based on JJF 1620-2017"Calibration Specification for Battery Internal Resistance Testers",this paper analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty of the sources of measuring errors of DC voltage and AC resistance of battery intemal resistance tester.
