基于伺服阀前蓄能器动态特性的轧机压下位置控制的实验研究

摘要 为实现轧机的高精度控制,提高产品加工质量,以轧机液压系统中伺服阀前蓄能器为研究对象,分析蓄能器动态特性对压下位置控制系统精度的影响。在实验轧机上,通过在伺服阀前更换不同公称容积蓄能器和改变蓄能器充气压力,定量分析其对液压压下位置控制系统的影响,最终确定该轧机伺服阀前蓄能器的最优参数,形成一套不局限于轧机液压系统的伺服阀前蓄能器的选型方法。 In order to achieve high-precision control of the rolling mill and improve product processing quality,taking the accumulator in front of servo valve in the hydraulic system of the rolling mill as the research object,the influence of the dynamic characteristics of the accumulator on the accuracy of the hydraulic screwdown position control system was analyzed.On the test rolling mill,by changing different nominal volume and charging pressure of the accumulator in front of servo valve,the influences on the hydraulic screwdown position control system were analyzed quantitatively.Finally the optimal parameters of the accumulator in front of servo valve of the rolling mill were determined.A set of selection methods for the accumulator in front of servo valve that is not limited to the hydraulic system of the rolling mill is formed.
