摘要 强化混合料制粒效果,提高料层透气性,是强化烧结的一个重要手段。首钢京唐钢铁公司针对原料配比改变后,烧结混合制粒系统混合机筒体粘料严重,混合制粒效果差,影响烧结料层透气性,制约烧结生产效率和质量提升等问题进行了优化升级。通过将一次混合机料筒改用95氧化铝刚玉陶瓷复合衬板,扬料板高度设为75 mm,板间距600 mm,二次混合机料筒采用锥形逆流陶瓷衬板等措施,烧结机料层厚度提高30 mm,利用系数提高2%,平均粒径提高0.34 mm。 Strengthening the granulation effect of mixture and improving the air permeability of the material layer are an important means to strengthen sintering.Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Company has optimized and upgraded the problems of serious stickiness of the barrel of the sintering mixing granulation system,poor mixing and granulation effect,affecting the air permeability of the sintered material layer,and restricting the sintering production efficiency and quality improvement after the change of raw material ratio.By changing the primary mixer barrel to 95 alumina corundum ceramic composite liner,the height of the lifting plate is set to 75 mm and the plate spacing is 600 mm,using conical countercurrent ceramic liner and other measures,the thickness of sintering machine material layer is increased by 30 mm,the utilization coefficient is increased by 2%,and the average particle size is increased by 0.34 mm.
