摘要 基于钢铁企业生产成本压力日益加大,企业对铁产量的需求也越发急迫,只有长期稳定高产才能创造更大效益。而高炉顺行强化则是生产实践中非常重要的一环。原燃料质量管理是实现高炉顺行强化的基础,通过严抓高炉槽下筛分管理减少粉末入炉,保证原燃料质量稳定和对高炉上下部操作制度合理调整,河钢集团唐钢公司3200 m^(3)高炉逐步顺行,各项技术指标不断提升。生产中克服了炉役后期炉缸侧壁温度高而进行加钛矿护炉操作、高炉长期配吃20%左右落地烧结矿、原燃料质量波动等诸多不利因素影响,实现了高炉强化冶炼。在高炉强化冶炼实践过程中对炉役后期护炉条件下如何实现高产,上下部操作制度的匹配关系以及下部送风制度的基础作用都有了新的理解。总结出下部控制合理的“大风量、高风速、高动能”可以有效地活跃炉缸,提高高炉对原燃料质量的适应性,保持炉况长期稳定顺行和高效生产,同时活跃的炉缸工作状态是减少炉缸环流侵蚀,控制炉缸侧壁温度上涨的有效手段。 Based on the increasing pressure of production costs of steel enterprises,the demand for iron production of enterprises is becoming more and more urgent,and only long-term stable and high output can create greater benefits.The forward strengthening of the blast furnace is a very important part of production practice.Raw fuel quality management is the basis for the realization of blast furnace forward strengthening,through strict grasp of blast furnace under the tank screening management to reduce powder into the furnace,to ensure the stable quality of raw fuel and reasonable adjustment of the upper and lower operation system of the blast furnace,HBIS Group Tangsteel Company 3200 m^(3)blast furnace gradually in the future,various technical indicators continue to improve.In the production,many unfavorable factors such as high temperature of the side wall of the furnace cylinder in the later stage of furnace service,titanium ore protection furnace operation,long-term distribution of about 20%of the blast furnace with landing sinter,and fluctuation of raw fuel quality were overcome,and the enhanced smelting of the blast furnace was realized.In the process of intensive smelting of blast furnace,how to achieve high yield under the condition of furnace protection in the later stage of furnace service,the matching relationship between the upper and lower operating systems,and the basic role of the lower air supply system have been newly understood.It is concluded that the reasonable control of"large air volume,high wind speed,high kinetic energy"can effectively activate the furnace cylinder,improve the adaptability of the blast furnace to the quality of raw fuel,maintain long-term stable furnace conditions and efficient production,and at the same time the active furnace cylinder working state is an effective means to reduce the circulation erosion of the furnace cylinder and control the temperature rise of the side wall of the furnace cylinder.
