摘要 钢渣是钢铁生产过程中产生的固体废弃物。我国作为钢铁生产大国,随着钢材生产量的增加,钢渣年排放量日渐提高。目前钢渣资源综合利用率较低,与发达国家存在一定的差距,尤其是在道路回填及制备钢渣水泥等大量消耗钢渣方面的差距尤为突出。我国未被利用的钢渣主要以露天堆存的方式进行处理,不仅占用大量土地资源,还给水资源、土壤和大气环境带来非常严重的不利影响。本文详细介绍了钢渣的主要成分及物理性质;在钢渣的理化性质基础上,论述了国内外钢渣在建筑材料、冶炼原料、金属提取、陶瓷制造、道路施工和农业生产等各方面的综合利用途径;介绍了华北理工大学课题组气淬法制备钢渣磨料的工艺流程;详述了转炉滚筒钢渣、热闷罐钢渣、慢冷钢渣和水淬钢渣等钢渣经处理后制备的钢渣磨料的使用现状。最后从钢渣实际综合利用出发,针对钢渣作为非金属磨料使用以提高钢渣资源综合利用附加值的可行性进行了探讨,为钢渣资源化综合利用的研究提供参考。 Steel slag is a solid waste generated during the production of steel.China's annual emission of steel slag is increasing with the expansion of steel production,and the biggest problem is that the comprehensive utilization rate of steel slag resources is low,and there is a certain gap with developed countries.In particular,the gap between road backfilling and the preparation of steel slag cement and other large quantities of steel slag is particularly prominent.China's unused steel slag is mainly treated in the form of open storage,which not only occupies a large amount of land resources,but also has a very serious impact on water resources and atmospheric environment.The main components and physical properties of steel slag are introduced in detail;based on the physical and chemical properties of steel slag,the comprehensive utilization of domestic and foreign steel slag in building materials,smelting raw materials,metal extraction,ceramic manufacturing,road construction and agricultural production is discussed.The process flow of gas quenching to prepare steel slag abrasives by the research group of North China University of Science and Technology was introduced.The use status of steel slag abrasives prepared after treatment of steel slag such as converter drum steel slag,hot stuffy tank steel slag,slow cooling steel slag and water quenched steel slag is detailed.Finally,starting from the actual comprehensive utilization of steel slag,the feasibility of using steel slag as a non-metallic abrasive to improve the added value of comprehensive utilization of steel slag resources is discussed,which provides a certain reference for the research on the comprehensive utilization of steel slag resources.
