四种生物杀菌剂对黄栌枯萎病的防治效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 为筛选出防治黄栌Cotinus coggygria枯萎病的高效低毒杀菌剂,选择4种不同生物杀菌剂分别进行盆栽苗防治与田间防治试验。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis菌剂和哈茨木霉Trichoderma harzianum菌剂对黄栌枯萎病有一定的防效,并且可以在一定程度上促进植株的生长。盆栽苗中,枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂500倍稀释液防效最好,达到了77.85%;田间防效中,枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂和哈茨木霉菌剂500倍稀释液防效最好,分别为59.15%,55.00%。选择生物杀菌剂防治黄栌枯萎病时,优先选择枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂。 In order to screen out high efficiency and low toxicity fungicides on verticillium wilt of Cotinus coggygria,four different biological agents were selected for potted seedling control and field control respectively.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis microbial agent and Trichoderma harzianum microbial agent had certain control effect on verticillium wilt of C.coggygria and could promote the growth of plants to a certain extent.Five hundred times dilution of B.subtilis microbial agent had the best control effect in pot investigation,the control effect of was 77.85%.Five hundred times dilution of B.subtilis microbial agent and T.harzianum microbial agent had a better control effect in field,the control effect were 59.15%,55.00%respectively.B.subtilis microbial agent is preferred to control verticillium wilt of C.coggygria.
