本文从氮化镓(GaN)为什么重要特性理念述起,对其设计eGaNFET具有最佳布局的功率级与逆变器及无人机收缩电机驱动器等多领域的应用作分析研讨,与此同时将对拓展GaN前景应用作简述。

Starting from the concept of why gallium nitride is important,this paper analyzes and discusses the application of gallium nitride in the design of eGaN FET with optimal layout of power stage and inverter,UAV shrink motor driver and other fields.At the same time,the prospect of GaN is also discussed.
