摘要
目前高频变压器生产和制造工艺方法都很多,但是不象低频电子变压器可以对空载及负载电流及损耗和输出电压及负载进行测试,高频变压器需要电源整个组合器件,才可测试,因此行业中绝大多数厂家只对开路及短路电感及圈数比及极性,直流电阻及各种耐压进行全数严格管控,同时对其它参数也必须进行管控。现主要分为从三大关键工序来进行工程管控,保证合格品出货。
