新疆泽普小南瓜种植加工标准化探究

实施以小南瓜为代表的经济作物种植是新疆地区乡村振兴和脱贫攻坚工作的有效手段.本文对新疆喀什地区泽普县小南瓜种植加工标准体系建立及其经验推广进行研究和分析,阐述如何建立规范小南瓜选种、收获、采摘和运输等一系列标准.相关标准化工作的实践表明,通过建立标准体系,探索一条新的以产学研提升农业产业链质量的模式,具有显著的经济与社会效益,对农民创收增收和助力脱贫攻坚具有十分积极的意义.

The implementation of cash crop cultivation represented by small pumpkin is an effective means of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation in Xinjiang region.This paper summarizes and analyzes in depth the experience of the establishment and promotion of the standard system of small pumpkin planting in Zepu County,Kashgar Prefecture,Xinjiang,and introduces a series of standard achievements related to the seed selection,harvest,picking and transportation of small pumpkin during the establishment of the standard system in detail.The practice of relevant standardization work shows that the establishment of small pumpkin planting standard system through scientific testing and data services explores a new mode of industry-academia-research to improve the quality of the agricultural industry chain,which has significant economic and social benefits,and is of very positive significance to farmers in generating income and helping to fight poverty.
