摘要
新工科视域下,传统的高职工科专业教育模式无法满足新时期的需要。市场对于高素质的创新型人才和复合型人才的期望更高,这决定了高职工科专业教育人才培养必须更为系统。“三创”型人才指的是具备较强创新、创造、创业能力的人才。在新工科背景下,为培养“三创”型人才,要创设和优化学习平台,以课岗赛证教育来提升“三创”型人才培养的质量,要打造全链条的“三创”教育模式、打磨新工科教育试验机制并为“三创”实训体系化教育服务提供保障。
From the perspective of new engineering,the traditional education mode of higher vocational engineering cannot meet the needs of the new era.The market has higher expectations of high-quality innovative talents and compound talents,which determines the need for more systematic training of higher vocational engineering talents."Three-innovation"talents refer to those with strong ability of innovation,creation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of new engineering,it is necessary to create and optimize the learning platform,improve the quality of"three-innovation"talent training by the course,post,competition,and certificate education,create the whole chain"three-innovation"education mode,polish the new engineering education experiment mechanism and provide guarantee for the"three-innovation"practical training systematic education service.
