劳动精神融入高职化学通识课程的实践研究--以营口职业技术学院为例

Practice and Research on Integrating Labour Spirit into Higher Vocational Chemical General Courses

学院(营口职业技术学院)以国家教育政策为指南,始终坚持“立德树人”根本任务,搭建学院、企业、家庭的互动平台,在“三全育人”理念下,把劳动精神融入化学通识课程中,培养学生自觉劳动、热爱劳动的优良品格,提升学生未来发展和个性发展的职业素质。在实践研究中,构建了第一课堂和第二课堂。第一课堂增加学生的知识面,培养学生严肃认真、一丝不苟的劳动精神;第二课堂培养学生熟练掌握学科专业的劳动技能和踏实努力的劳动态度,以期毕业后能够找到理想的工作。

Guided by the national educational policy and always adhering to the fundamental task of morality education,it establishes the interactive platform of schools,enterprises,and family.It integrates the labour spirit into chemical general courses under"three-wide education"concept,so as to cultivate the students'good character of working voluntarily and work-loving,and to promote the students'professional quality in their future development and individual growth.In the practical research,we construct the first classroom,which is to widen the students'knowledge range and foster their serious and conscientious labour spirit,and the second classroom,which trains the students to master the professional skills and develop earnest attitude towards work,making them find an ideal job after graduation.
