随着铁路体制改革进程的推进,新技术、新设备的应用,轨道交通人才需求层次及结构发生了很大的变化,职业院校人才培养的模式也要随之更新。基于课程思政引领的铁道交通运营管理专业的线上精品课程建设也迫在眉睫。以铁路运输调度工作课程为例,从精品课整体设计、课程思政有效融入、课程实施及教学环境等方面,介绍了本门课程建设的历程,对于铁路类精品课项目建设具有指导性意义。

With the advancement of railway system reform,the application of new technology and equipment,the demand level and structure of railway traffic talents have changed greatly.The construction of online quality courses of railway traffic operation management specialty based on ideological and political guidance is also imminent.Taking the railway transportation dispatching course as an example,the construction process is introduced from the aspects of overall design of quality course,effective integration of ideological and political elements,and course implementation and teaching environment,etc.This is of guiding significance for the construction of railway quality course project.
