疫情常态化背景下完善高校治理体系路径研究

The Path of Improving University Governance System under the Background of Epidemic Normalization

为应对新冠病毒肺炎疫情,大连海洋大学围绕人才培养这一中心任务制定了疫情常态化防控政策,从制定完备的疫情常态化防控方案、组建专门的疫情防控队伍、探索切实有效的线上授课内容和方式、开展线上线下多渠道思想政治教育,以及完善人才培养体系建设等五个方面制定了疫情常态化防控策略,促进了学院的健康平稳发展。

In order to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic,Dalian Ocean University has formulated a regular epidemic prevention and control policy centering on the central task of talent training.Regular epidemic prevention and control strategies have been formulated from five aspects,including the formulation of complete regular epidemic prevention and control plan,the establishment of specialized epidemic prevention and control team,the exploration of effective online teaching content and methods,the implementation of online and offline multi-channel ideological and political education,and the improvement of the construction of talent training system.In this way we promote the sound and stable development of the college.
