肿瘤细胞与免疫微环境之间的相互作用在肿瘤治疗领域的突破引起广泛关注。免疫球蛋白长期以来被认为是由B淋巴细胞合成并分泌的分子,近年,有研究人员提出了肿瘤免疫球蛋白的概念,并进一步探索了其在肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥的作用。这一概念扩充了人们关于免疫球蛋白来源的传统认知,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新方向。本文就肿瘤免疫微环境、B细胞来源免疫球蛋白及肿瘤免疫球蛋白在肿瘤研究中的进展进行综述,旨在为未来免疫球蛋白在肿瘤治疗领域的应用提供理论依据。

The interaction between cancer cells and immune microenvironment has attracted extensive attention in the field of tumor therapy.Immunoglobulin has long been considered as a molecule synthesized and secreted by B lymphocyte.In recent years,researchers have carried out a series of studies in this field,proposed the concept of cancer immunoglobulin,and further explored its role in tumor microenvironment.This concept expands the traditional understanding of the source of immunoglobulin and is expected to become a new direction in cancer therapy.This review illustrates the research results of tumor immune microenvironment,B cell-derived immunoglobulin,cancer immunoglobulin as well as its application in cancer research,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the application of immunoglobulin in tumor therapy.
