摘要
目的探讨甲磺酸倍他司汀片结合手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的效果及对前庭症状指数(VSI)评分的影响。方法以随机数字表法将110例BPPV患者分为对照组(手法复位治疗)和观察组(手法复位结合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗),各55例。比较两组的眩晕障碍量表(DHI)、特异性活动平衡信心量表(ABC)、VSI、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,观察组的DHI各维度评分及总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ABC及BBS评分均高于对照组,VSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲磺酸倍他司汀片结合手法复位可显著减轻BPPV患者的临床症状,提高其平衡能力,改善血液流变学指标。
Objective To investigate the effect of betahistine mesylate tablets combined with manual reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and its influence on Vestibular Symptom Index(VSI)score.Methods A total of 110 patients with BPPV were divided into control group(treated with manual reduction)and observation group(treated with manual reduction combined with betahistine mesylate tablets)by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The scores of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),Activities-Specific Balance Confidence(ABC),VSI,Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of each dimension of DHI and total score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ABC and BBS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the VSI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Betahistine mesylate tablets combined with manual reduction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of BPPV patients,promote their balance ability and improve hemorheology indexes.
